8. Google User Data Processing (Email Access)

8.1 Data Access (Non-Storage):

When you authorize [Ai Clean Flow] to access your Google email data (e.g., reading email content, metadata, etc.), this access is real-time and temporary.

Critical Statement: [Ai Clean Flow] does not store, retain, or cache any email content, attachments, metadata, or other related personal information accessed via Google APIs on our servers or databases. Your email data resides solely within your Google Mail account.

8.2 Data Retention:

Since we do not store your Google email data, no retention of this data exists within the [Ai Clean Flow] system. We only access the data necessary for processing in real-time via Google APIs while you use the app’s features and during your authorized session. Upon completion of processing, data is immediately released with no retained copies.

8.3 Data Deletion (on [Ai Clean Flow]’s End):

Because [Ai Clean Flow] does not store your Google email data, no deletion of this data is required on our end. Your email data remains entirely under your control and is retained exclusively within your Google Mail account.

8.4 User Control & Revoking Access Permissions:

You retain full control over your Google email data.

You may revoke [Ai Clean Flow]’s access to your Google account email data at any time via the following steps:

Go to your Google Account settings: Visit https://myaccount.google.com/.

Navigate to the "Security" section: Click "Security" in the left-hand menu.

Manage third-party app access: Locate "Third-party apps with account access" or "Apps with access to your account" (the exact name may vary slightly) and click "Manage third-party access".

Revoke permissions: Find [Ai Clean Flow] in the list, click on it, and select "Remove Access" or "Revoke Access".

Effect: Once you revoke access, [Ai Clean Flow] immediately and permanently loses the ability to access your email data via Google APIs. Since we never stored your data, it remains "deleted" (non-existent) from [Ai Clean Flow]'s perspective. Your Google email data itself is not deleted and continues to be securely retained within your Google Mail inbox.

8.5 Data Processing Principles:

We strictly adhere to Google API Service Terms and User Data Policies. Our access to your email data rigorously follows the "Zero Retention" Principle, occurring only in real-time during authorized sessions strictly as necessary to provide the service functionality you requested. Access terminates upon service completion, with no copies retained.
